Parking is highly restricted through out Avon. The Sunridge Condo has two parking spots available, and the Liftview has one.
You must send us a picture of the license plate before arrival so we can register them in our parking systems. Maps of where to park and not park are sent after reservations are completed.
First and foremost, this is not a place for parties. The other residents work and ski, and everyone is up early and in bed early. This is base camp for out door adventures.
There are no pets allowed, by the HOA rules, so please do not ask. Service animals cannot be left alone in the Condo ever.
Smoking is not allowed inside the Condo, or on the balcony. Avon (the city this unit is within), also has strict rules against smoking and throwing away cigarette butts, with very hefty fines. Please refrain. As to the other legal smokable substance, we suggest edibles.
No Parties or Events allowed
Suitable for toddlers, but the place is not childproofed.
No unregistered guests allowed.
Please don’t bring food or drinks into the bedrooms.
People get up early to ski, so respect noise levels at night.
Turn off the fireplace when you go out.
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages beyond the security deposit.
Please do not rearrange the furniture.
We do charge a cleaning fee, so please do not strip the beds, etc. We will take care of that. You can load the dishwasher if you have time.
The dumpster is in the parking lot, and there are bears, so if you take trash out, take it all the way to the dumpster.
