About us
We are avid skiers and mountain bikers, that have been coming to Eagle county for 20 years. These are our second homes, and our go to destination for Winter Skiing, Summer fly fishing, and base camp for area mountain biking.
How we started
Our extended family has been visiting the Vail valley and other ski areas annually for nearly 30 years. Slowly over time, many of our friends from Florida and Georgia permanently migrated to the Colorado area, giving us even more occasions to visit.
Covid came and we were stuck at home like everyone else, and we decided to invest in a second home in Avon. Given the size of our extended group, we expanded that to be able to all be together on our ski trips.
We share the condos when we cannot use them here, and hope you fall in love with Eagle County in the spring, summer, fall and winter like we have over the years.
Our team
While we are in the area much of the time, we also have built a first class team of local residents to keep the condos in tip top shape and spotless.
Our cleaning crew have been in business in Eagle County for nearly 30 years, and take super good care of our homes and replace worn sheets and linens regularly.
Our property manager is a life long resident as well, keeping the batteries changed and the appliances and utilities updated and maintained at regular intervals so your stay is perfect. And when things go wrong, we have a rolodex of contacs that can get everything back to 100% right away.

Parking is highly restricted through out Avon. The Sunridge Condo has two parking spots available, and the Liftview has one.
You must send us a picture of the license plate before arrival so we can register them in our parking systems. Maps of where to park and not park are sent after reservations are completed.
